What we collect
When you enquire about a trip or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, and details of the trek, dates and group size you're interested in.
If you book a trip with us, we also collect the additional details a trek requires, such as passport information, emergency contact details, and travel insurance information.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, plan your itinerary, arrange permits, and manage your booking with us.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary to run your trip (for example with the guides, lodges and permit offices involved) or where required by law.
