Evera Treks is a Kathmandu-based trekking and travel company. We run guided treks, peak climbs and cultural journeys across Nepal, led by licensed local guides.
Who we are
We are a Kathmandu-based trekking and travel company, operating from Naya Basti, Balwatar, Kathmandu. We plan and run guided treks, peak climbs, river trips and cultural tours across eight regions of Nepal, from the high Khumbu to the Terai plains.
Every trip on our list is one we operate ourselves, with licensed local guides who know the terrain, the weather and the villages along the way.
How we guide
Acclimatisation is built into every itinerary as standard, not sold as an upgrade. High-altitude routes carry rest days at altitude so your body has time to adjust before you climb higher.
Groups stay small, and every trip is led by a licensed local guide, not a seasonal contractor. We would rather run a trip well than run it big.
Our responsibility to porters and guides
The people who carry, cook and lead on our trips are the reason a trek works. We pay porters and guides fairly, insure them on every trip, and keep porter loads within safe weight limits.
If another operator can't show you their equivalent, ask why.
Why Nepal
Eight regions, from Everest and Annapurna to Langtang, Mustang and the Kathmandu Valley, each with a different reason to visit: altitude and glacier for some, temples and old trade routes for others, rivers and jungle for the rest.
Fifteen treks and tours across those regions, all built around the same principle: get you there safely, and get you home with a trip you'll talk about.
