Every guide leading an Evera Treks departure is licensed by the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management, and every one of them is from the regions we walk. They know the terrain, the weather windows and the villages along the way, because they grew up in them.
We do not subcontract to seasonal agencies. The guide you meet at the airport is on our team, insured on your trip, and accountable to us for how it runs.
Trained for altitude, not just for hospitality
Our high-altitude leaders carry current wilderness first aid certification and are trained to recognise and act on altitude sickness early. On peak climbs, they hold climbing guide qualifications on top of that.
Guiding is a career here rather than a season of work, so the same faces come back year after year and the experience compounds.
